Summary of Specifications:
SEALED BIDS for Beach Trash Pickup and Beach Grooming on Panama City Beach will be received at the Purchasing Division, located at 840 w. 11th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida 32401 up until 1:30 PM (CST) on August 29, 2011. Bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 PM (CST) on August 29, 2011.

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked with Bidders name, address, date and time of bid opening, and bid number 11-40 for BAY COUNTY TDC, Cleanup of Panama City Beaches .
