Summary of Specifications:
It is the intention of this RFP to find a Contractor that is capable of constructing a Seven Thousand – Two Hundred (7,200) square foot (120 X 60) metal building for offices and maintenance shop; however, the building dimensions may be changed to accommodate manufacturer's standards. No changes will be made without prior written approval from the County. The Contractor shall be responsible for complete construction including permitting, engineering, architectural and engineered drawings, slab on grade, building erection, and insulation.
