Quantity

Approximately 150 tons per fiscal year. Quantities may be increased or decreased depending on actual need during the contract term; however, no price adjustments will be allowed as a result of a reduction in the quantity purchased. AWWA B 703 - latest edition, AWWA Standard for Hydroflurosilicic Acid.

The supplier shall provide Bay County with an affidavit that the Hydrofluosilicic Acid furnished complies with applicable requirements of AWWA B 703 - latest edition and shall meet all provisions of NSF/ANSI Standard 60 Certification for Drinking Water.

The liquid Hydrofluosilicic Acid shall contain between 20 and 30 percent H2SiF6 by weight.
