Summary of Specifications:
SEALED BIDS for Bay County Emergency Operations Center (Mulberry Ave.) Asbestos Abatement project will be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA at the Purchasing Department, 840 West 11th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida 32401 up until 1:30 PM (CDT) on November 14, 2011. Bids will be publicly opened at 3:00 PM (CDT) on November 14, 2011.

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked with Bidder’s name, address, date and time of bid opening, and bid number 12-04 for Bay County Emergency Operations Center (Mulberry Ave.) Asbestos Abatement.
