Summary of Specifications:
SEALED BIDS for FY12 Annual Striping of Various Roadways will be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA at the Purchasing Department, 840 West 11th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida 32401 up until 1:30 PM (CDT) on February 28, 2012. Bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 PM (CDT) on February 28, 2012.
Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked with Bidders name, address, date and time of bid opening, and bid number 12-17 for FY12 Annual Striping of Various Roadways. No bid will be opened unless accompanied by proof of Florida Department of Transportation prequalification (current FDOT certificate of Qualification) in the following work categories: 1) Pavement Markings.
FDOT Certification of Qualification form must be attached to the outside of the sealed envelope containing the bid proposal.
Please submit an original and one (1) copy of your bid package.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Work consists of but not limited to: Striping of approximately 15 miles of various roadways/intersections as required throughout the County. The successful bidder is to provide any and/or all engineering layout as required to complete the project.
