ITB-13-25 - NSA North Gate PM Peak Exit Project

Summary of Specifications:
The project entails adding a North Gate exit for the Naval Support Activity Panama City (NSA Panama City). Work includes clearing and grubbing, excavation and embankment construction, base placement, gravity retaining wall, curb and gutter, and sidewalk construction. Work also includes installation of a guard shack, directional traffic controller, and chain link fencing with rolling security gate. The Contractor’s and Subcontractor’s personnel shall be able to obtain clearance to work within the confines of NSA Panama City.
