RFB-06-33 - Partial Renovation of Courthouse Building

Summary of Specifications:
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Work consists of but is not limited to: selective demolition and renovation of the Judge’s suite and Jury Assembly room (second floor), and Staff offices (third floor). A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on May 30, 2006 at 10:00 AM (CST) at the Purchasing Building located at 517 East 9th Street, Panama City, Florida 32401. All bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Point of contact is James Clawson at 850-784-4048. A one time walk through will be conducted immediately following the pre-bid meeting. A completed Pre-Qualification application of prospective bidders will be required to be submitted at the pre-bid meeting. No bids will be accepted without submission of the Pre-Qualification application. The pre-qualification application is a part of the solicitation package.
