Summary of Specifications:
It is the intention of this RFP to find a Contractor that has the capability to design and construct a Six Thousand-Four Hundred (6,400) square foot (80 X 80) Pre-Engineered Steel Building with a nominal eve height of 16 feet, The metal building shall be designed for storage of records. The building dimensions may be slightly changed to accommodate manufacturer's standards. No changes will be made without prior written approval from the County. The Contractor shall be responsible for complete construction including County Building Permit, engineering, architectural drawings, site preparation, slab on grade, building erection, and electrical service.
