RFP-04-63 - Request Civil Engineer Consultants

Summary of Specifications:
The Bay County Board of County Commissioners, under the provisions of section 287.055, Florida Statutes (the Consultant’s Competitive Negotiation Act), hereby gives notice that a Request for Qualifications to provide professional services is invited from qualified firms for the Project Development & Environmental (PD & E) Study, Preliminary Design and Permitting for the Grand Lagoon Bridge Replacement Project. The project includes replacement of Grand Lagoon Bridge with a four- lane bridge and widening of Thomas Drive (CR 3031) from North Lagoon Drive to Bristol Street. The project also includes widening of the channel to improve Grand Lagoon water quality.
