Summary of Specifications:
The Bay County Board of County Commissioners is seeking proposals from firms to design and construct a steel awning over the concrete apron at the Bay County Roads and Bridges Fleet Maintenance Shop located at 4700 Firetower Road, Panama City, FL 32404.

The awning will be approximately 100’ long, 30’ wide and columns will be of structural steel with concrete foundations for support with a 24 gauge standing seam metal roof that will attach to existing building in properly flashed manner with a low eave height of 16’. All construction will satisfy a 130 MPH wind load requirement as set forth in the 2010 Florida Building Code with revisions. Project duration will be within five months of notice to proceed.
