Summary of Specifications:
SEALED PROPOSALS to provide Snack Bar Operations at the Bay County Government Complex shall be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA at the Purchasing Department, 840 W. 11th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida 32401 up until 1:30 PM (CST) on November 14, 2011. Sealed Proposals shall be publically opened at 2:30 PM (CST) on November 14, 2011.

Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked with proposer’s name, address, date and time of opening, and RFP number 12-02 for Snack Bar Operations at the Bay County Government Complex.

Please submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of your proposal package.

Description of Work: The Bay County Board of County Commissioners, herein referred to as COUNTY, solicits interested and qualified firms to submit a proposal for furnishing all services, labor, and materials necessary to provide the COUNTY a snack bar operation within the County Administration Building located at 840 West 11th Street, Panama City, FL 32401.
