ITB-04-22 - Steel Storage Bldg "Pole Barn"

Summary of Specifications:
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Construction of a new 50’ x 75’ steel pole barn with 12’ eves, with the center opening on each long side of barn and a minimum of 21’ wide by 12’ high between columns. The roofing material must be a minimum of 26-gauge metal with a 25-year factory warranty and with engineered metal trusses or metal I-beams. The contractor must construct a concrete floor for the barn with a minimum thickness of 4”, wire reinforcement and a 3000psi strength or equivalent. The contractor will supply all the materials, labor, and permits for the Pole barn, concrete floor and site preparation. The construction shall meet All State of Florida standards for wind loads and Bay County standards of construction. The contractor that is awarded the job must provide a set of drawings that are signed and sealed by a licensed Florida Engineer and a one-year written warranty on all material and labor.
