Summary of Specifications:
Work consists of but is not limited to roadway widening for turn lanes, installation of mast arm traffic signal, installation of drainage pipe, construction of shoulder pavement, curb and gutter and roadway resurfacing including a bituminous crack relief layer.

No bid will be opened unless accompanied by proof of Florida Department of Transportation qualification (current FDOT certificate of Qualification) in the following work categories: 1) Flexible Paving, 2) Hot Plant-Mixed, Bituminous Structural and Surface Courses, 3) Grading and 4) Drainage. This FDOT certification is to be attached to the outside of the sealed bid submittal package.
