Summary of Specifications:
SEALED BIDS for the Waste-to-Energy (WTE) Facility Scale Removal and Replacement Project will be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA at the Purchasing Department, 840 West 11th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida 32401 up until 1:30 PM (CDT) on February 20, 2012. Bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 PM (CDT) on February 20, 2012.

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked with Bidders name, address, date and time of bid opening, and bid number 12-14 for the WTE Facility Scale Removal and Replacement Project.

Please submit an original and one (1) copy of your bid package.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Provide currently manufactured, low profile, concrete deck design truck scale, and perform 1) all work necessary to remove existing 60’ x 11’ concrete bridge outbound scale, 2) all site work necessary to prepare site for installation of replacement scale, and 3) all work necessary to install, certify and activate the new scale.
