Summary of Specifications:
SEALED STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide design services for the Wildwood Road Sidewalk Project shall be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA at the Purchasing Department, 840 W. 11th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida 32401 up until 1:30 PM (CST) on April 24, 2012. Sealed submittals shall be publically opened at 2:00 PM (CST) on April 24, 2012. Statements of Qualifications shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked with respondent’s name, address, date and time of opening, and RFQ number 12-19 for Wildwood Road Sidewalk Project. PRE-QUALIFICATION: SOQ packages must include proof of FDOT qualification (current FDOT Notice or certificate of Qualification) in the following categories. All design firms and their sub-consultants shall be qualified under Rule Chapter 14-75, Florida Administrative Code, in the following types of work: Group 3, Type 3.1 Minor Highway Design, Group 8, Type 8.2 Design, Right-of-Way and Construction Surveying, Group 9, Types 9.1 Soil Exploration, 9.2 Geotechnical Classification Lab Testing and 9.3 Highway Materials Testing. Please submit one (1) original and eight (8) copies of your submittal package.
