Summary of Specifications:
SEALED BIDS to supply Zinc Orthophosphate for Bay County Utility Services Department will be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA at the Purchasing Department, 840 West 11th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida 32401 up until 1:30 PM (CDT) on October 27, 2011. Bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 PM (CDT) on October 27, 2011.

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked with Bidder’s name, address, date and time of bid opening, and bid number 11-48 for Zinc Orthophosphate.

Please submit an original and one (1) copy of your bid package.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Provide Zinc Orthophosphate upon demand in accordance with requirements described in bid documents.
