Summary of Specifications:
The City of Fort Walton Beach, FL - Recreation & Cultural Services Department is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for selection of a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firm for the Recreation Complex project to be constructed for the City of Fort Walton Beach, FL. 

A separate solicitation for an A/E firm will also be made. The Selected CMAR will work with the City’s selected A/E Firm to complete the design and construction of the project. SEE BID DOCUMENT FOR DETAILS.
