RFP-16-005 - 16-005 RFP - Annual Fireworks Display

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to provide turnkey professional fireworks display operations, including design, set-up, presentation and cleanup for the annual Fourth of July Celebration in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, held on July 4, 2016.  

The City of Fort Walton Beach (City) wishes to secure a source for Pyrotechnic services for an initial term of one year, with three (3) additional one (1) year options. 

In recent years, the City of Fort Walton Beach has provided a community display of fireworks on July 4th, on the inter-coastal waterway (Santa Rosa Sound), between Okaloosa Island and Fort Walton Beach, FL. The show typically begins at approximately 8:45pm, depending on weather conditions, and lasting 20-25 minutes.
