Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of this solicitation to secure a contractor to perform repairs to the existing boat dock located at the Fort Walton Beach Landing. All work must be completed in accordance with the approved construction drawings, and exemption verification from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACOE). The extent of work is shown on Exhibits A&B. See Bid document for details.
