Overview - This project is intended to result in the creation of a Downtown Design Guidelines Manual. This plan will establish a “toolbox” of architectural components that will achieve the desired downtown vision while providing flexibility to existing property owners and new developers. The Downtown Design Guidelines are intended to enhance the success of the broader CRA (Community Redevelopment Area) efforts and concentrate the focus on improving the vibrant economic potential of the downtown area.
