Summary of Specifications:
The City of Fort Walton Beach, FL is seeking proposals to provide the City with a Bank Qualified Bank term loan (the “Loan”). RFP is being conducted by PFM, Inc. The Loan Provider will be awarded based on overall borrowing costs and terms most favorable to the City, based on the City’s sole discretion. The Loan will be a private placement and the City is not preparing an offering statement with respect to the Loan. The total amount of the Loan will depend on which financing option is selected but will not exceed $4,700,000. Please see Proposal Summary for details.
