PROJECT: CITY HALL ADAPTIVE RE-USE PROJECT
Scope of Work - The Work of this contract involves the interior remodeling of an existing bank now owned by The City of Mary Esther, Florida as identified in the contract documents. Major components of the project include: The existing bank lobby will be enclosed to create the new City Hall Chamber; addition of interior walls to create more office spaces; addition of a unisex restroom; updating finishes and lighting; a new entry with a storefront; and other requirements as shown in the contract documents.
Documents – Bid Documents will be available Monday, October 7th, 2024 in the form of a digital portable document format (PDF) and may be obtained at no cost from the Owners procurement website and BidNet.com.
Addenda will be posted to the Owner’s procurement website and BidNet.com. Be sure to periodically check the website for any Addenda and/or additional information. Checking the procurement websites are the Bidders responsibility.
Documents may be viewed at no cost at either the Mary Esther City Hall or the office of Architect when a time is prearranged by telephone.

Pre-Bid Conference – A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Project Site on Thursday, November 7, 2024, at 2:30 pm (CT). Potential Bidders are recommended to attend this meeting to verify existing conditions and encouraged to bring written questions for the Architect’s consideration and response by Addendum. Assemble in front of the site, 302 Mary Esther Blvd, Mary Esther, FL 32569 promptly at 2:30 pm. Last day for written questions will be Tuesday, November 12, 2024.
Bid Schedule - Sealed Bids are due Tuesday, November 26, 2024, no later than 2:30 pm (CT) and will be opened in the City Hall, Chamber room, 195 Christobal Rd, Mary Esther, FL 32569.
Sealed Bids - may be mailed or delivered to The City of Mary Esther City Hall, 195 Christobal Rd, Mary Esther, FL. Attention: Dillon Morris, City Clerk, and must be received by 2:30 pm on Tuesday, November 26, 2024. Refer to the Bid Documents for all requirements.
