ITB-18-05-06 - 911 Telephone System Upgrade

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to establish a contract by means of sealed bids, for a communications system package comprised of the following technologies; Private Branch Exchange (PBX) capable of digital Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) circuit switching, Session Initiated protocol (SIP) phones, and Voice over IP (VoIP) packet switching communications. This communications package will also consist of Voice Mail with integrated Call Processing (Automated Attendant), Automated Call Distribution (ACD), Unified Messaging (UM), Distributed system architecture (Split Call Processors), and provide five 9’s of reliability with redundancy to all vital system hardware and software. This ITB defines the minimum requirements for this system.
