ITB-23-10-11-1 - Audio System replacement and upgrade for the Miami Beach C

Summary of Specifications:
Purpose: The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is for the purchase and installation of Audio systems Replacement and upgrade for Miami Beach Convention Center. This contract shall remain in effect for two (2) years after date of contract execution by the Mayor and City Clerk, and may be renewed by mutual agreement for two (2) additional years, on year to year basis. A pre-bid conference will be held on April 21, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the Miami Beach Convention Center, 4th Floor, and Executive Office Conference Room, located at 1901 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach Florida 33139. In conjunction with the pre-bid a site visit is also scheduled. Attendance at the site visit/pre-bid conference is highly encouraged and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory. FOLLOWING THE A PRE-BID CONFERENCE THERE WILL BE A SITE VISIT TO THE FOLLOWING LOCATION 1901 CONVENTION CENTER DRIVE, MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA
