Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of the audit services (the “engagement”) is to audit the City’s Basic Financial Statements included in the City’s Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR). The engagement shall also include the Single Audit, PSF, VCA, SMG, and SNP audits, for a period of five (5) years with the sole at the option and discretion of the City to renew for five (5) additional one-year periods.

The initial engagement will be for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2006. Additional years of the engagement would be subject to the approval of the City Manager, and confirmation by the Mayor and Members of the City Commission annually.
