Summary of Specifications:
The Purpose of this Invitation to bid is to establish a contract with a qualified contractor for the mowing, retrieval of materials and disposal of waste to include, and not be limited to, papers, glass, bottles, cans, fallen tree limbs and/or fronds, and all other deleterious materials found on the sites listed herein. Should the Contractor have knowledge of the existence of hazardous wastes upon lands covered by the provisions of this agreement, Contractor shall not remove same from the premises, but shall have a duty to immediately notify the City in writing.
