FOR REAL ESTATE BROKER TO SERVICE LEASEABLE CITY OWNED PROPERTIES.
Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 63-08/09
The City of Miami Beach is seeking one or more qualified commercial real estate brokers to submit their experience and qualifications to provide real estate services including, but not limited to, bids to procure tenants and negotiate new leases for both retail space(s) and office space(s) in City-owned facilities.
It is anticipated that the term of the Agreement with the selected broker(s) will be for an initial term of six (6) months, with the option to renew for three (3) additional six (6) month renewal periods, all renewal period(s) to be exercised at the sole and absolute discretion of the City.
Sealed qualifications will be received until 3:00 PM on October 14th, 2009, at the following address:

Any response received after 3:00 PM on October 14th, 2009 will be returned to the consultant unopened. The responsibility for submitting qualifications before the stated time and date is solely the responsibility of the consultant.
