Summary of Specifications:
Proposals are invited for the removal of graffiti from private and public structures including but not limited to City streetlight poles, traffic signal poles and traffic control boxes. These services will consist of providing the necessary equipment, supplies and personnel to treat the occurrence of new graffiti and the removal of existing graffiti including coloring matching, pressure cleaning or water blasting.
