Invitation to Bid No 45-11/12 Sealed bids will be received by the City of Miami Beach Procurement Director, 3rd Floor, 1700 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach, Florida 33139, until 3:00 p.m. on June 28, 2012 for: LEASE OF GOLF COURSE TURF MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT FOR THE NORMANDY SHORES GOLF CLUB At time, date, and place above, bids will be publicly opened. Any bids or bids received after time and date specified will be returned to the bidder unopened. The responsibility for submitting a bid/bid before the stated time and date is solely and strictly the responsibility of the bidder/proposer. The City is not responsible for delays caused by mail, courier service, including U.S. Mail, or any other occurrence. Purpose: The purpose of this bid is to establish a Lease Agreement / Contract, by means of sealed bids to a qualified contractor for the Lease of all new Golf Course Turf Maintenance Equipment for the Normandy Shores Golf Club. A Pre-bid conference will be held on June 12, 2012 at 10 a.m. in the City Manager’s Small Conference Room, 4th Floor, City Hall, and 1700 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach, Florida 33139.
