The City of Miami beach is requesting Letters of Interest from prospective bidders for the MULTIPURPOSE MUNICIPAL PARKING FACILITY. OVERALL PROJECT DESCRIPTION Construction of a fully functional six (6) level parking facility having approximately five hundred and fifty (550) parking spaces, approximately thirty seven thousand (37,000) square feet of commercial office space and associated site improvements. The Project is to be located on the East side of Meridian Avenue North of 17th. Street currently the “P” lot adjacent to 777, 17th. Street. (see site plan) Estimated Total Budget: $16,000,000.00 Bid Package 01 – Demolition & Underground Utilities $500,000.00 Bid Package 02 – Piling & Pile Caps $1,000,000.00 Bid Package 03 – Garage & Office Building $12,300,000.00 Bid Package 04 – Office Building Tenant Build Out $2,200,000.00 PROPOSED PROJECT BID PACKAGES Note: A complete draft set of the plans and specifications for all four bid packages are available. BID PACKAGE 01 – DEMOLITION & UNDERGROUND UTILITIES The Scope of Work included in the construction of this Lump Sum Bid package shall include but not be limited to furnishing all, unless specifically stated otherwise, labor, material, equipment, supervision, mobilization, demobilization, survey, overhead and profit, bonds, insurance, permits and taxes to complete the work to the full intent as shown or indicated in/on the Draft Bid Documents identified as Bid Package 01 BID PACKAGE 02 – PILING AND PILE CAPS The Scope of Work included in the construction of this Lump Sum Bid package shall include but not be limited to furnishing all, unless specifically stated otherwise, labor, material, equipment, supervision, mobilization, demobilization, survey, overhead and profit, bonds, insurance, permits and taxes to complete the work to the full intent as shown or indicated in/on the Draft Bid Documents identified as Bid Package 02 .
