ITB-02-10-11 - Maintenance of Telecommunications Systems

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to establish a contract, by means of sealed bids, with a single qualified vendor for the maintenance of the Telecommunications Systems at various City of Miami Beach facilities, on an operational basis. 

Prospective bidders must have been in business for a minimum of 10 years performing Telecommunications System maintenance and must submit with their bids, or within five (5) calendar days upon receipt of a request from the Procurement office, a minimum of three (3) references of government organizations for which the bidder is currently furnishing, or has furnished similar type, size and complexity of work as specified herein. 



Prospective bidders must provide a letter, on Siemens letterhead, indicating that they are able to provide software patches and hardware for all current releases, including the most current available software and hardware for the Siemens HiPath 4000 and Xpressions products.
