Summary of Specifications:
Purpose: The purpose of this bid is to establish a contract, by means of sealed bids, for the purchase of Medical Supplies as specified herein, on an as needed basis. This contract shall remain in effect for one (1) year from date of contract execution by the Mayor and City Clerk, and may be renewed by mutual agreement for four (4) additional years, on a year to year basis.
