ITB-06-09-10 - Purchase and Delivery of Gymnastic Equipment

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to establish a contract, by means of sealed bids, for the supply of vault table, velocity board, vault runway, level 4 mat system, competition balance, coil steel spring floor 40’x40’ foam perimeter, flexi individual roll dollamur and training mat for the Parks and Recreation Department on an as needed basis from a source (s) of supply that will provide these products in a timely manner. This contract shall remain in effect for one (1) year from date of contract execution by the Mayor and City Clerk, and may be renewed by mutual agreement for two (2) additional years, on a year to year basis.
