ITB-31-11-12 - Purchase and Delivery of Honda Four Trax Rubicon ATVs

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to issue a purchase order(s), by means of sealed bids for the supply of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the delivery of Honda Four Trax Rubicon (non-GPS) Model TRX500 ATV 4x4 all terrain vehicles, on an as needed basis, from a source(s) of supply that will provide these products in a timely manner. The initial estimated requirement is for delivery of twelve (12) of the subject all terrain vehicles. The City requires as a condition of this ITB that it may, at its sole discretion, purchase additional vehicles under the same terms and conditions, at the same or lower pricing, as outlined herein, for a period on one year following the initial purchase from the supplier that was issued the original purchase order under this ITB.
