RFP-16-03-04 - Purchase and Implementation of Enterprise Financial & Admin System

Summary of Specifications:
Computer software, including implementation and training services, for an enterprise financial, human resource and administrative support system. At a minimum, the systems proposed must address the management of financial, payroll and related “core” functions. Ideally, the proposed systems will also be capable of administering utility billing, permits, tax, special assessments and service requests in a highly integrated system.
