Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to establish a contract, by means of sealed bids, for the purchase and installation of enterprise audio and video systems for City training rooms. This contract shall remain in effect for two (2) years after date of contract execution by the Mayor and City Clerk, and may be renewed by mutual agreement for two (2) additional years, on a year to year basis.
