RFP-LM-HVAC All other city facilities - 2015 RFP - HVAC for all other city facilities

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Milton will receive sealed bids for the ANNUAL GENERAL HVAC REPAIR & MAINTENANCE CONTRACT for all CITY operated public facilities except City Hall and the large unit that services the gym/basketball area at the Guy Thompson Community Center {GTCC}). Facilities include, but are not limited to, the Police Station, Fire Station, Public Works Building (old City Hall), Waste Water Treatment Plant Lab/Office Building, Guy Thompson Community Center, Warehouse/Garage, Sanders Street Park Restrooms/Concessions, Landscape Warehouse and various buildings, or as may be required. All systems are comprised of split systems (direct expansion) ranging in sizes of approximate 1.5 tons to 10 tons. The most complexed being the Community Center, with 12 units. The City has also bid out the large unit at City Hall and the GTCC under another bid document on this site.
