Summary of Specifications:
The consultant will provide professional engineering services for the design within the existing facilities including the development of construction plans, specification, cost estimates, contract documents, and construction administration for all phases of various projects. Advising City staff on permitting and other administrative concerns for all projects will also be part of the consultant’s responsibilities. The consultant will also be required to participate in general public meetings and will provide presentations to the City Council and other governing boards of the City on designated projects.
