ITB-06043-Trees - 06-043 One Year Contract for the Supply of Various Trees

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Pensacola intends to purchase 622 trees included on the Proposal form for planting in downtown Pensacola and some of the major parks where we sustained heavy hurricane damage. The intent of the City of Pensacola is that the trees should be available within 30 days of acceptance of bid with the option of staggering orders to ‘per truck load’ deliveries to allow for planting and lack of storage space on site. Delivered prices are to be guaranteed for one (1) year from date bid is accepted with the City of Pensacola’s intent being to have all trees delivered in less than six (6) months. All trees will be or equal to a Florida #1 tree as specified in the Florida Grades and Standards.
