Summary of Specifications:
The Port of Pensacola, Florida is seeking an agency to provide security services to the Port in its efforts to ensure Maritime Transportation Security Administration (MTSA) 2002, 33 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 105, and Florida Statute (FS) 311.12 requirements are met. Security service includes the monitoring and documenting of arriving vehicles, vessels, passengers, individuals, and daily activities at the Port. Security service shall adhere to the Ports standard operating procedure (SOP) to handle terrorism, drug interdictions, vandalism, destruction of government property, and other acts that will affect the security and safety of this site. Bidders are advised to submit a price/rate that is valid for a period of 1 year. Contract may be renewed for two (2) additional one (1) year periods with mutually agreed upon rates.
