MANDATORY PRE-BID: SEPTEMBER 18, 2007, 10:00 AM CITY HALL, 5TH FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM 222 WEST MAIN STREET PENSACOLA, FL Plans, specifications, and contract documents (Project Manual) are open to public inspection at the office of the Architect and at the Plan Room of the F.W. Dodge Corporation. General Contractors may secure plans and specifications from the office of Quina Grundhoefer Architects for a deposit of $175.00 per complete set. Deposit will be refunded in full for up to two sets of documents returned in good condition within 10 days after opening of bids to bidders submitting a bona fide bid. Additional sets will be made available for the cost of printing to General Contractors or Sub-bidders only at the request of a Bidder.
