Summary of Specifications:
The selected firm shall provide creative services for developing advertising campaigns to promote the sale of natural gas and other ESP services. The firm will be responsible for all phases of such campaigns including placement of ads on radio, television, billboards and print media. The firm shall prepare and assist in the distribution of public information and educational materials. The firm shall prepare annual public relation/public information plans. The firm shall provide advice regarding, and assist in addressing all media relations. The firm shall proactively identify and develop marketing and educational ideas and opportunities for the natural gas utility.
