So as to review all contractual requirements associated with this project, a pre-bid conference will be held APRIL 29, 2008, 10:00 A.M., local time, in the 5TH FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM, CITY HALL, 222 WEST MAIN STREET, PENSACOLA, FLORIDA. Attendance is MANDATORY as important information regarding this bid will be discussed. 

Plans, specifications, and contract documents (Project Manual) are open to public inspection and may be purchased for $50.00 from the Office of the City Engineer, City Hall, 222 West Main St., 5th floor, Pensacola, Florida. Registered plan holders who attend the pre-bid conference will be notified of bid or project addenda.
