Plans, specifications, and contract documents (Project Manual) are open to public inspection and may be purchased for $50.00 (non-refundable) from the Office of the City Engineer, 222 West Main St., 5th Floor, Pensacola, Florida. Specifications may also be viewed at the Pensacola Public Library at 200 West Gregory Street. Registered plan holders who attend the pre-bid conference will be notified of bid or project addenda. Bidders shall submit a certified check or bid bond, payable to the City of Pensacola in the amount of five (5) percent of base bid for a period of sixty (60) days.
