Summary of Specifications:
Plans, specifications, and contract documents (Project Manual) are open to public inspection and may be obtained for the non-refundable fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) from the Office of Shaw GBB, LLC, 3600 Springhill Business Park, Suite 200, Mobile, Alabama 36608, (251) 344-1913 or fax (251) 342-3229. Specifications may also be viewed at the Public Library, 200 West Gregory Street. 

Bidders shall submit a certified check or bid bond, payable to the City of Pensacola in the amount of five (5) percent of base bid for a period of sixty (60) days. 

Pensacola City Ordinance #61-89 established a local Small Business Enterprise Program. The SBE Participation goal for this project is 10%.
