Summary of Specifications:
Drainage and slope stability improvements to include construction of Bin Wall retaining wall and associated storm structures and backfill to repair eroded section of gully, replacement of existing inlet tops, removal and reconstruction of some curb and driveway to ensure property drainage flow in gutters. 

Specifications and contract documents (Project Manual) are open to public inspection in the Pensacola Public Library located at 239 N. Spring Street. Documents may be viewed and purchased from the Office of the City Engineer, 222 West Main St., 5th Floor, Pensacola, Florida for $50.00 (non-refundable) including UPS shipping. This payment must be by check or money order made payable to City of Pensacola. Registered plan holders who attend the pre-bid conference will be notified of bid or project addenda. Any addenda issued will be made available on the City’s website at http://www.cityofpensacola.com/bids. Interested bidders are advised to check the site frequently.
