Summary of Specifications:
Complete work under this contract shall consist of installation of required erosion control features (including sandbags), installation of new stormwater conveyance piping, and placement of sod. All proposed line and grade work shall be approved by the City prior to setting new infrastructure. Bidding documents may be purchased from the Office of the City Engineer, 222 West Main St, 5th Floor, Pensacola Florida for $50.00 (non-refundable). Check or money order ONLY. Payable to City of Pensacola. Specifications and contract documents (Project Manual) are open to public inspection in the Pensacola Public Library located at 239 N. Spring Street. Documents may also be viewed at Office of the City Engineer. Registered plan holders who attend the pre-bid conference will be notified of bid or project addenda.
