The project consists of drainage improvements at the intersection of West Lee Street and North F Street for the City ofPensacola. Demolition efforts will involve the demotion of three residential structures, associated utilities to the removed residential structures, removal of curb, sidewalk, asphalt, curb inlets, and stormwater pipes on Lee and F Streets. The site of the demolished buildings will be excavated to construct a new dry stormwater retention pond that will be connected to the existing dry stormwater retention pond by a jack-and-bore pipe under Lee Street. Additional stormwater inlets, pipes, and concrete flumes will be constructed to route stormwater runoff to both the existing and proposed ponds. A pond control structure will be constructed in the proposed pond and connected to the existing stormwater network running along Lee Street. The existing dry stormwater retention pond located in the northeast comer of the project intersection will be regraded with the construction of a new inflow pipe and concrete flume to the bottom of the pond.
