The Cotee River Landing Improvements project entails roadway, accessibility, and safety
improvements, along with improvements to the potable water system. The project is described
under two packages:
Package A - Cotee River Landing Roadway Improvements, which identifies the work effort for
roadway, accessibility, and safety improvements.
Package B - Cotee River Landing Water Main Improvements, which identifies the work effort for
potable water system improvements.
The City will award both Package A and Package B to a single Bidder. As such, the combined
price of both packages (Package A + Package B) will be the basis of determining the lowest,
responsive, and responsible Bidder.
A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Friday, February 9, 2024, at 1:00 P.M. at City Hall in Council Chambers 6333 Ridge Road, Port Richey, Florida, 34668,
Bids may be submitted physically or electrically. Please contact the City Clerk (a.mcdonough@cityofportrichey.com) to drop off a bid packet at City Hall
Upon evaluation of all bids received, a notice of intent to award may be made to the lowest, responsive, and responsible Bidder whose bid(s) serves the City's best interests, in the City's sole judgment and discretion.
