Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sarasota is seeking a professional services continuing contract, in accordance with the provisions of the Consultant’s Competitive Negotiations Act (CCNA), from qualified consultants able to demonstrate experience with engineering projects pertaining to utility rate making, planning, engineering, design, construction, and operations in publicly owned water, wastewater, and reclaimed water systems. The successful candidate will provide high quality engineering services as the Water and Wastewater Engineer of Record for the Utilities Department of the City of Sarasota, and, as may be required, other City Departments.
